Cancellation Policy
- Until 72 hours before the actual date/time of the reservation cancellation is for free. Except Planning hours.
- If cancellation or changes (timespan, numbers, entrance fee etc.) are received later than 72 hours before the date/time of the reservation, GreenTouristGuides shall be entitled to charge 100% of the actual price.
- NO Show, GreenTouristGuides shall be entitled to charge 100%
